SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

 

Sunday, May 19th:

4:30pm - Par 3 Tourney Begins

(You will go out in groups of 8.  Just show up and we will send you out!  We will do this until approx 6pm.  After that, we will meet up for food and drinks.)

7:00pm - Food/Drinks after Par 3 Tourney

 

Monday, May 20th:

7:30am - Registration, Driving Range & Breakfast Opens

8:45am - Announcements

9:00am - Shotgun Start 

 

 

SCORING:

Each team will receive a scorecard on-site. You will keep your playing partners' scores in addition to your own. At the end of your round, one scorecard (reviewed by your team and your playing partners) will be turned in with all four players’ signatures. This signed scorecard will serve as the official and final scorecard for both teams in your group. The top four teams will advance to the Championship at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, November 18th-20th. Tiebreakers will be determined by a scorecard playoff, which will begin on hole 18 and go backwards (17, 16, 15, etc.) until we have a winner. We will use Golf Genius to populate a live leaderboard during the round. Instructions to download the app are attached.

 

REGISTRATION:

 

Registration will open at 7:30am. Please stop by the registration table to let us know you have arrived and to pick up your tee gift. You must present a valid photo ID at registration. If you have not returned your digital waiver, please do so immediately. If you need us to resend, let us know.

 

COURSE INFO:

 

• Men will be playing from approximately 6600 yards.

• Women will be playing from approximately 5700 yards.

• Seniors (60 & over) will be playing from approximately 6000 yards.

• No spectators or outside caddies allowed.

• Lunch will be available during your round.  

 

SKINS:

 

If you would like to participate in a skins game, the entry fee is $20 per person. Cash Only. Please bring exact change. We will not accept bills higher than $20. Skins winners will be contacted after all scorecards have been collected.

 

CONTESTS: We will have several contests throughout the course:

 

• Truly Putting Contest: Will take place at the practice putting green after you finish hole #18. A playoff, if necessary, will be completed once all participants who made their putt have finished. Winner receives $500 courtesy of Truly and a Taylormade gift card to purchase a new Spider Tour Series Putter.
   

• BODYARMOR Zero Sugar "Closest to the Pin Contest”: Hole #4 - Winner to receive a year's supply of BODYARMOR Zero Sugar & SportWater.
